Upgrades multibuild to include multi-build/multibuild#538, meaning that
Pillow/.github/workflows/wheels-dependencies.sh
Lines 94 to 96 in bdd0b86
can now be removed. Without the multibuild upgrade, the wheels could fail to find OpenJPEG.
