If I skip building lcms2, then there is a test failure trying to create a LAB hopper, as
convert()uses ImageCms to convert between RGB and LAB.This PR checks for an ImportError, and if it happens, it opens Tests/images/hopper.Lab.tif instead.
With this, the tests pass.
