Helps #6641

Some tags are purely technical and should never be edited by hand (the IFD offsets come to mind here). It would be nice to have a flag not to return them to the user.

This PR adds exif.hide_offsets(), so that afterwards, the user will not see the Exif, GPS, Interop or Makernote IFD offsets, while still being able to use get_ifd() to access the data within those IFDs.
