Companion to python-pillow/pillow-depends#39. This will fail until that is merged.
https://gitter.im/python-pillow/Pillow?at=60c83c69d20143617e46d162 reported that one of our crash images is triggering antivirus software.
As in #4929, this PR moves the image to pillow-depends to fix the problem.
