Moves DejaVuSans fonts into a dedicated directory, and adds https://dejavu-fonts.github.io/License.html as a LICENSE file. Also prepends the existing note from Tests/fonts/LICENSE about DejaVuSans-24-{1,2,4,8}-stripped.ttf onto that file.
Documents in Tests/fonts/LICENSE that
