Describe the bug
I recently got access to 2 new organisations that i requested a while back. The issue is I no longer work for these organisations, and I cannot transfer them without an active subscription. Needless to say I do not want to put my card in to transfer the orgs.
Expected behavior
I would expect some way to add a new owner to a org even if there is no sub.
To Reproduce
Create an org, try to add a user without a subscription.
