Move pp310 to pypy-eol

It looks to me that, although not specifically mentioned, Python 3.10 was dropped in PyPy v7.3.20.
This follows from what was announced in the PyPy v7.3.19 announcement: "This release includes a python 3.11 interpreter. There were bugs in the first beta that could prevent its wider use, so we are continuing to call this release "beta". In the next release we will drop 3.10 and remove the "beta" label."
Also the download page only proposes PyPy3.11 and PyPy2.7 .

Good catch. I think we should do this in our next minor release?

As a data point, numpy moved from building pp310 to pp311 in v2.3.0 (released 2025-06-07).

NumPy dropped all 3.10 in that release, so that’s not a data point. :) It’s fine, the idea of the enable is that we follow whatever the official PyPy support is. Ideally, we would have done it in 3.1, but now we can do it in 3.2.
