What does this mean? Does this mean that the Communications Lead is the one responsible to request the header design?

Yes, from what I understood from the original document, that's the goal.

Can you add clarification on how to add their blog author page? Eg having to create their own .md file under the /authors/ directory.

Thanks @cmaureir . The content looks ok, and we can always adjust and update it in the future.
But I'm still wishing we have a different layout or sections for the different types of docs, instead of everything flat in one big directory.

I left a similar comment in the other PR #214 (comment)
