Specify angle units in pvlib.location.Location.get_solarposition

The docstring for `pvlib.location.Location.get_solarposition` doesn't specify that the returned solar angles are in units of degrees. It could.  Discussion [here](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/68849740/pvlib-get-sun-zenith-angle).
