Steps to Reproduce

prowler oraclecloud --region us-phoenix-1 us-chicago-1 --service identity ...

Expected behavior

The script would be expected to detect identity domains within all regions and check identity compliance

Actual Result with Screenshots or Logs

The script defaults to us-ashburn-1 and only scans that region's identity domains

Cloning the repository from github.com (git clone)

Context

Scanning the home region which defaults to us-ashburn-1 breaks use cases where us-ashburn-1 is not supported and possibly ignores identity domains in other regions
