feat(ui): make scan resource count clickable to drill down into resources list #10181

Description
In the Scans table and Scan Detail panel, the unique resource count (e.g., “705 Resources”) is displayed as plain text. Users anticipate clicking that number to view the actual list of resources scanned.

Requested via Help Desk ticket PRWLRHELP-1857.
Additional Information
We are currently in the process of restructuring the entire Findings view, which will enhance the current user flow.
