Perses integration

What is missing?

The possibility to deploy Perses as an alternative to Grafana.

In particular Perses maintains community dashboards which provide the same capabilities as dashboards from kubernetes-mixin.

Why do we need it?

Perses is a CNCF project, using the same Apache v2 license as this repository.

perses/perses-operator#140 adds jsonnet integration for the Perses operator.

To test the existing dashboards available quickly I deployed the kube-prometheus stack
https://github.com/slashpai/perses-operator-examples/tree/main/kube-prometheus and applied the dashboards through perses-operator. With latest perses-operator v0.3.2 since api version is v1alpha2 , I am working on first updating in community-mixins to bump operator version and related changes.
