Terminal UI incomplete

The command terminal in the browser UI is functionally incomplete. At the moment it supports basic ANSI shell formatting and executes per command.

What is needed:

• Full extended ANSI shell support
• It needs to stream each character entry individually out of the browser. This is necessary to support interactive applications like SSH, VIM, IRSSI.
