Prebid 11: delete express module?

Express works by overloading gpt functions; we're not sure if anyone uses this or if it still works. With GPT deprecating the methods it overloads, seems wise to delete it.

express is AFAIK only used to set up the e2e testing environment - we could get rid of it and replace it some other logic, but I don't think it affects anything "real".
