We had a few situations in which the stream timeout of 30 seconds was reached without an obvious indication that this might be an actual problem. There was just no recognition happening and audio was streaming fine. I do assume that this timeout is not actually needed. For the time being we disable it in the translator and may be later in the Azure recognizer, too.
