Copied objects doesn't rotate with the keep open rotation panel

Bug description

After copied a section of object (called these group A), if you rotate with Ctrl + R and keep the panel open, then copy the same pattern to the new timing point (called these group B), the rotation slider now move the original group A, instead of the selecting group B
