Map deleted from the website is identified as an existing reupload

Bug description

I imported an old beatmap that has long been deleted from the website (its forum thread is still up), and lazer seems to think that this is an old version of a reupload of this map, offering to update it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new lazer installation (I did that by temporarily renaming the directory at ~/.local/share/osu)
2. Run lazer and login
3. Import the beatmap

This is happening because the names of the .osu files match between the old no-longer-online beatmap and the online reupload. I suggested to kill this possibility in the past by only checking MD5 but in review it was deemed required to keep it because there are genuine edge cases in which filename matching is desired. Therefore this is a wontfix. cc @peppy

Thanks for clearing this up.

I can see why this behavior makes sense now. Although I wonder if it makes it possible to "hijack" deleted mapsets, tricking people into updating their old maps and losing them together with scores…
