Cross-BER Data Integration

The BERtron scratch project is for any scripts, data, documentation, or other files that relate to the BERtron project. It is essentially a catch-all for items intended to be shared with the rest of the project team. The structure of this repository will evolve along with the project requirements.

BERtron is the cross-BER Data Integration initiative involving JGI, EMSL, NMDC, ESS-DIVE, and KBase. The ultimate goal is to develop a common method for querying data from our respective APIs.

Contributing

Any member of the BERtron Systems Engineering Team may contribute to this project. The scratch project has no particular requirements for organization, so feel free to create new folders as needed to organize your content as makes sense to you. Eventually, we will have a separate project in this repository for a shared code base that will have a set of guidelines for contributions (TBD).

For this project, simply commit to the main branch for now. We'll develop commit rules and processes if/when needed.
