When an organizer publishes a new news update on a campaign page, the Campaigns team should receive an automatic notification to review and, if needed, moderate it.
This feature ensures the Campaigns team stays informed about all new organizer communications and can monitor campaign updates in real time.

Expected Behavior
When a new news update is created or published, a notification is triggered.
The notification is sent either by email to [email protected] or via Discord to the #Кампании channel.
The message includes:
Campaign title and ID
Organizer’s name
Link to the news update
