feat(docs): add Claude Desktop and VS Code installation guidance to README

The README currently includes a one-click install experience for Cursor users but it does not yet provide installation guidance for Claude Desktop or VS Code users.

It would be helpful to add setup instructions for these clients as well, so the project is easier to discover and adopt across the broader MCP ecosystem.

Proposed Change:
Add dedicated README sections for:
Claude Desktop
VS Code

The goal is to make it easier for users of other popular MCP-compatible clients to get started without needing to figure out the setup themselves
