This PR adds all changes from Bot API 4.2.

Still WIP because the way update requests are saved needs to be extended to
shipping_queryandpre_checkout_queryas well, which are part of #885I think we can get this merged and I'll fix up the other missing things in the separate PR. Also needs to be optimised, as the way the
telegram_updatetable is being populated is pretty ugly at the moment 😖Closes #944
