Default project does not show styles.css file

When starting a default project the styles.css file already exist but is not shown in the default project file view and can not be created because it already exists.

Expected behavior

All project files show in file explorer.

OS, Browser and Phoenix versions

Using windows and latest version

Hey @mbraun22, could you try closing Phoenix, then open the actual folder in Windows File Explorer and check if the styles file is there? If not, could you send a quick screen recording? That would help me understand the issue better.
