Main thread: isolate live preview memory thrashing #2234

Describe the bug
If live preview allocates and releases too much memory frequently, then the GC will start to thrash and bring down the the editor as well in responsiveness. To mitigate this:
limit memory usage by embedded live preview. unfortunately, performance.memory vars are only available in chrome and wont be usable in mac desktop.
Maybe we can use Tauri 2 with dedicated multi webview approach?
