Suggest a sketch that provides a clock source to recover chips that were set for an external clock #19
Description
- In ArduinoISP.ino, add an option to enable a 4 MHz clock signal arduino/Arduino#8757
- This is a modified version of the ArduinoISP sketch.

- I'm not crazy about that one because you can't easily use it with any arbitrary bootloader.
