Improve the pretty console output

Summary

The pretty output was very much slapped together. Some things:

1. Improve UX
2. When fatigue loads, but encounters an error in startup / building the static context, we shouldn't execute the initial screen clear.
3. The result feedback mechanisms currently don't use the same timer / iteration count that's used by the actual tracking logic. We need to fix that.

Help wanted

I'm bad at ux. Feedback around the existing ui would be much appreciated. Assistance iterating upon what we have would be even more so.
