Trying to enable and getting error.

Getting this error when trying to enable app. Error: this app cannot be enabled because it makes the server unstable. Any resolution for this? I placed the files in apps-external. I originally placed it in apps and had lots of other issues

Resolved this by going to market then installing from there. No issues, seems to be working great
