Added simple doc, example and test.

While testing some automation tools i found it slow to keep waiting for dhparam generation every startup. Although this file is replaceable, someone might want to distribute the same dhparam (perhaps bad) to several nodes in a cluster with some config management tool. set env LDAP_TLS_DH_PARAM_FILENAME, and you're good to go. |
