couldn't capture my staff affiliation correctly as a Blind person

Hi,

I'm trying to register for the education benefits as a research assistant at Monash University. I have verified my edu email, but as a remote worker, I don't have a physical copy of my employment information. I can provide a screenshot of my Monash staff info page with all the details, but I'm unable to upload it. I've tried capturing it from my phone and laptop, but it's not working.

Are there any other ways I can be manually verified

GitHub Education verification usually requires an official document that proves current academic affiliation. For staff or research assistants, that typically means an employment letter or official document from the university.
If you can’t upload a screenshot through the application form, the best option is to contact GitHub Education Support directly:

Select GitHub Education as the topic.
In your message:

1. Explain that you’re a remote research assistant at Monash University
2. Mention that you’ve verified your edu email
3. Attach the screenshot of your official staff page there (instead of the application portal)
4. Support can manually review documents if the automated upload isn’t working.
   Also note that some Education benefits are primarily intended for students, so eligibility for research assistants may depend on your official classification with the university.

Could you please sue GitHub under the ADA so they actually have to put some resources into their application system?

Signed, someone who ISN'T blind and is still fighting their application system to no avail.

FWIW, I've previously been approved just making a Word document on my own using letterhead, writing the content myself, then uploading it. Of course, anybody can do this, but somehow this passed muster with GitHub. Now, you can't upload documents at all, so I guess they want blurry laptop photos of made up documents, because nobody there has figured out that EMPLOYEE IDS don't have EXPIRY DATES on them.
