I have seen many badges, but it's tough to get this one. Even if answer is correct the owner doesn't want to accept it. What to do in such a case ??

In order to get the galaxy brain badge you need to answer as many questions asked in the github community discussions and if atleast 2 of your questions has been accepted as answer by the user who has asked the question you will surely get the badge.
A quick hack ask two of your friends to post a question answer them and ask them to consider your answer. 😉

2. Target Active Repos: Focus your efforts on highly active communities (like github/community) where moderators regularly close and accept answers.
Levels: Bronze (2), Silver (8), Gold (16 accepted answers).
