Unable to submit proof of enrollment – file disappears

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, but every time I upload my proof of enrollment (a dated enrollment letter issued by my university), the file disappears right after I click "Submit Application" and only a red warning icon appears, with no error message.

What I've done so far:

• Configured two-factor authentication (Authenticator App).
• Checked that my billing information matches exactly my full name on the document: ANA LUISA DARIVA RAMOS.
• Used a valid PNG file, under 100 KB, with no special characters in the file name.
• Tried different browsers, incognito mode, and different networks.

Despite all this, the issue persists. Could someone from the GitHub team or community help me understand what's going on?

Hi @AnaDariva,

Usually this issue is solved by submitting the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

These users solved it by using the phone: #162877, #168688

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.
