Hello GitHub Team,

I am a verified GitHub Student and eligible for the free GitHub Foundation Certification voucher, but I have not received the voucher code. I’ve checked my email and student account, but there’s no sign of it.

Could someone guide me on how to claim the voucher or manually provide it?

Student vouchers for GitHub Foundation Certification are on hold until this fall, this is due to the platform change from PSI to Pearson VUE.

Heads-up, Developer Pack members! The current batch of free GitHub Foundations exam vouchers disappears on June 30 2025. Redeem yours now and schedule the test at your convenience. Vouchers will pause while we migrate to a new platform—but they’ll be back this fall and expanded to teachers, too. Need a refresher? Walk through the GitHub Foundations Learning Path or tackle bite-size challenges at GitHub Skills.

GitHub will announce in due time when the voucher will be available again.
