Getting instantly denied on Education Benefits

Hi everyone,

I'm a high school student from Ukraine and I'm trying to apply for Education Benefits, but I'm getting denied in a matter of minutes.
I'm trying to submit my transcript (translated into English as well), and after denying I'm getting a list of reasons, which, if I sum them up, say something like "your image doesn't contain your school name, a date, your name, all that". I set up a billing profile, 2FA, set my display name as my real name in Ukrainian, but it seems to not have made a difference. I've been denied 6 times. At first it was also asking me why I'm not on campus (I'm studying remotely due to the ongoing war), but for last 2 attempts it didn't.
Worth mentioning as well is that I'm trying to take a photo of a digital transcript, not a paper one, since our school does not seem to actually print them and just emails them to us, the only document I actually have on hand is a Letter of Commendation, which includes a date, the school name, my full legal name and a seal from the school principle, so I can try submitting that. I also have a Certificate of Basic Secondary Education in an e-document format on our government e-documents app which I got last year.
I'm hoping to get some assistance. Thanks in advance.

UPDATE: I finally got approved. What I did is instead of trying to capture the whole transcript, I just captured one side of it, which had my legal name and a school name (of course, translated in English). I also, just in case, changed my billing information to feature the English variant of my name, as well as I used both the English and the Ukrainian variants of my name on my public profile. That all seemed to do the trick.
