How can I make my GitHub profile look more modern and professional? #162918
-
Discussion TypeQuestion Discussion ContentI’ve seen some really creative and modern GitHub profiles lately, some with stats, banners, even animated charts. I’d love to make my profile look more complete and clean like that. Are there any tools or templates I can use, or do I need to write everything manually? Any tips appreciated! |

Hey! I had that same question last month lol What helped me was just playing around with the README.md on my profile, you can add some markdown, throw in your GitHub stats, maybe a little "about me" section. It doesn’t have to be super fancy to look clean. I used a couple of free tools like the GitHub stats widget and a simple layout. If you want, check out my profile, feel free to copy whatever and just change the links or sections to match your own vibe. I have shared my raw README.md file, just use this as a template and change your social links and name, etc etc. Hope this helps :) |
