Milestone individual pages should contain milestone name in page title

Go to an individual milestone page, those with their URL ending with /milestone/<number> and review the contents in the title element.

Expected behavior is for the title to contain the milestone name, for example "Test milestone · Milestone #1 · /

This is the obtained behavior in issues and discussions pages.

Hi @daniel-montalvo - would you mind sharing a bit more of what you're experiencing when you review the title elements right now? As well as your browser and version? I'll include this all in what I file to the team so they have as much information as possible when they review it.

Just inspect the DOM when on an individual milestone page and you'll get the info you need to reproduce this.
