Same here, although I totally could believe I've hit the limit of 2000 action minutes... but "Usage this month" under "Billing and plans"/"Plans and usage" shows ... 0 usage. At all. Which is also impossible. |

Experiencing the same error in multiple public repositories (for example, https://github.com/crowdin/github-action/actions) However, the last payment was successful and the current usage of GitHub Actions does not exceed 3000 minutes. |

I also had this issue in a public repo when using I didn't read the runner table correctly. I thought every It was not the case.
An there is a separate page, that specifies that not all runners can be used in public repositories. |

@gmondello , Hello, Good Day, can you please check our issue I rasied two tickets but no response. Everything is fine, payments, payment details/info and limits. I have a feeling it is the same issue as others. We separated the org in question from our enterprise plan and put it in a team plan. |

I am also running into the same problem, and I cannot open a support ticket about it because I already have one other open (so I just added a comment to it, https://support.github.com/ticket/personal/0/3384228). The error says that "The job was not started because recent account payments have failed or your spending limit needs to be increased. Please check the 'Billing & plans' section in your settings", but:
