It took 42 days for them to reply, but we got it sorted in my case recently: cirosantilli/china-dictatorship#1330 Related: https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/19015 The cause in my case was that I was creating comments as reply to comments on actions, and they said that was not allowed.

Find someone who has access to GitHub Actions. Let him/her add a commit to the PR, then the PR can trigger GitHub Actions.
