What does this PR do?
In this PR we introduce the
reachability-metadata-schemato the repository schemas. This schema follows the format ofreachability-metadata-schema-v<X.X.X>.json(now set atreachability-metadata-schema-v1.2.0) and is used by native build tools to validate that the user is using compatible versions of graal and the metadata repository.Fixes: #1017
