Mapillary buttons lack mouseover tool tips #11670

Users discover many buttons,
But as many are lacking tooltips saying what they do, one dares not click them.
There should also be a "Question mark" button that links to e.g., https://help.mapillary.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001777765-Mapillary-in-iD-Editor . Same in the Data panel.
As some people didn't see that page first.
But wait, just adding links to web pages that are bound to get stale isn't a good idea...
So maybe just at the question mark say "Just look up how to use Mapillary in OSM". I don't know. That's probably the new way to get answers. Worked for me.
OK I finished reading the web page and watching the video. But those buttons still are a mystery. Therefore please add the mouseovers. Thanks.
By the way, there is no button to remove the white lines from the photos, making the entire thing useless.
Nor is there any diagonal double arrow expander button to make the image larger, or have it appear in a different window.
By the way at the bottom of the Mapillary window (cut off in the screenshot) there is a little white arrow that just links to https://www.mapillary.com/ . It should link to the particular photo there, not just to the homepage. At least that's what the movie said that button does.
