Summary
This adds the concept of "features" to the Snap-O "Link Server," and now Network Inspector is an optional feature in the server.
This allows other features to be added in the future. It also allows an app to decide which features to include.
This is schema breaking. Apps that update to this version of snap-o link will need a new version of Snap-O.
But older Android apps will still display their network data in the new version of the Mac app, for now.
