Feature Suggestion: “Reviewer Mode for Recruiters”

Concept:
Allow candidates to opt in to share a filtered, role-specific assessment generated by ChatGPT based on their historical conversations. ChatGPT would produce skill, reasoning, and growth insights relevant to a specified job role, without exposing raw conversation content.

How it works:

Candidate consent – selects conversation history and target job role.

Recruiter request – recruiter requests assessment for the role.

ChatGPT assessment – generates a structured report including:

Role-relevant skill mapping

Reasoning/problem-solving evaluation

Learning and growth trajectory

Redacted illustrative examples

Output – recruiter receives a concise, actionable summary; raw chats remain private.

Benefits:

Candidate: Demonstrates authentic skills and reasoning, maintains privacy.

Recruiter: Gains deeper, evidence-based insight into candidate capabilities.

OpenAI/Platform: Provides an ethical, high-value application of LLMs for professional evaluation.
