Fatal Error on pipx Installation via Debian distro #1588

Just some missing way for Debian distro vai pip and pipx
Fatal error from pip prevented installation. Full pip output in file:
/home/[distro]/.local/state/pipx/log/cmd_2025-xx-xx_11.05.55_pip_errors.log
Some possibly relevant errors from pip install:
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement `openai-evals` (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for `openai-evals`
Error installing `openai-evals`.
Maybe its the package or naming, or maybe I miss something?
