Was moved to ODG, see: open-component-model/delivery-service#626 Moved, as ODG was the sole user. This function would have required gardener-oci python distribution package to also reference `ioutil` and `tarutil` modules. Signed-off-by: Philipp Heil (zkdev) <[email protected]>
