What this PR does / why we need it:
The Crypto Extension restricts the artifact_types of the access_type=OCI_REGISTRY to ociImage. Crypto scans are failing if the artifact_type is ociArtifact. This PR adds the artifact_type ociArtifact to the list of supported artifacts.
