Add a front page link to https://open-cluster-management.io/ for the new AI subsection #1338
Description
Once we have a new AI section in our docs (see #1337) we can add a link on the main website page https://open-cluster-management.io/ to this section. This could help encourage users to visit it and increase awareness.
