Reworks ImageDownloaderTests.testDownloadWithAsyncModifyingRequest to avoid XCTWaiter.wait(..., enforceOrder:) timeouts by waiting only for the completion expectation and asserting onDownloadTaskStarted synchronously via a LockIsolated flag.
