Inconsistent Use of PhVoid in AtVoid.java Needs Replacement

The puzzle 4673-55e3cd91 from #4673 has to be resolved:

	* @todo #4673:30min Replace all PhVoid occurrences with AtVoid when all other
	* Attr classes are returned to eo-runtime.
	* This class does not do anything useful right now, it is not used anywhere.
	* The class is added as part of the task where Attr and its classes are returned
	* to eo-runtime. When all other classes are returned - this class must replace
	* PhVoid everywhere.

The puzzle was created by Yegor Bugayenko on 20-Nov-25.
