Adds a workaround for dimemas failures:

  • If Dimemas returns invalid values PyPOP will warn rather than fail
  • Added no_idealised option to MetricSet.plot_table() to hide metrics produced with Dimemas data (MPI Serialisation and Transfer efficiencies)
  • Add appropriate warnings if user seems to be trying to analyse chopped or dimemas idealised traces
