Weird scrolloff issue with splitting the window #4
Description
When you open up a horizontal split, sometimes the scrolloff triggers and it will scroll the buffer up. For example, with scrolloff=4, open vim and use :new. The original buffer will be scrolled down by 4 lines. This could be related to this issue.
