I was able to pull the artifact out of my local actions run, and it worked on my windows arm device. |

@ThadHouse the windows arm64 build is super easy, however I have a use case where it would be easier if I could just fetch it from https://github.com/ninja-build/ninja/releases. Is there a plan to update the releases for arm64 binaries? |
