Proposed changes

Updates Makefile.packaging to remove older OSes which are not part of the v3 repository:

  • FreeBSD
  • Oracle Linux
  • Alma/Rocky (still supported, covered by the RPM packages we build for el8 + el9)

Also the version will now be taken from git describe to ensure that any local package builds also display the correct version number when calling nginx-agent -v
